Antioch Church of Jackson - Hoschton, GA

In August of 2023, we formally commissioned 4 elders and 28 families to launch out from NewBranch in order to form Antioch Church of Jackson. This new church planting effort was several years in the making, and was the result of significant prayer, planning, and sacrifice on behalf of both those who were sent and those who sent them. We rejoice to know that a new expression of the bride of Christ is growing and thriving in Jackson County.

Brandon and Rachel Buser - Papua New Guinea

Buser.jpg

Brandon and Rachel Buser serve with Ethnos360 (New Tribes Mission) in Papua New Guinea among the Biem people, a remote tribe that dwells on three very small volcanic islands between 15 and 25 miles off the northern shore of the mainland. In 2014, after several years living on the main island of Biem to become fluent in their language and culture, the Busers and their four teammates had the privilege of presenting the Gospel to the Biem People. Thus was born the first Biem church. Subsequent years have seen continued Bible translation, discipleship of church leadership and the gradual release of the Biem Church to autonomous governance. These precious believers now are spreading the Good News of forgiveness and salvation through Jesus to their brethren in the other islands of Biem, and beyond their tribal boundaries. Meanwhile, Brandon and Rachel now live at the regional missions base in Wewak. They continue translating the Bible into the Biem language, act as itinerant church consultants to Biem and other regional churches, while serving in regional leadership. Brandon and Rachel have five children: Briana, Brady, Grace, Ruby and Sadie.
